After a period of inactivity, I’ve uploaded a number of new files, and am planning on expanding the members area with things that can be hard to find otherwise.

New offerings include:

• Complete DVD versions of high quality vintage broadcasts. YouTube tends to compress audio and video, and YouTube versions of complete games are subject to takedown requests. As I’ve slowly been building up a new collection of vintage games on video, I’ve been uploading DVD quality copies of each game to the Members Area.

• Remastered audio broadcasts in FLAC format. Most of the audio broadcasts that float around the Internet Archive and YouTube come from a collection that a few friends and I put together about 15 years ago. We compressed those MP3 files to save disk space, and most of those games originally came from poor quality audio cassettes. I have slowly been recollecting and remastering old audio broadcasts in higher quality, especially now that disk space is cheaper than it once was. I will upload these games to YouTube; however, to avoid audio compression and the resulting artifacts, I strongly recommend downloading the FLAC versions.

• Research materials. I will slowly begin uploading my entire collection of baseball books and articles
