It’s funny that I was randomly looking up injury settings for OOTP Baseball and your article popped up near the top of the search results!
OOTP Baseball is my favorite video game of all time and I’ve played thousands of hours over the years trying to build the next dynasty with my Texas Rangers.
Unfortunately, I’ve been fired as a GM on the last two versions! 😅
I just started playing this year’s game and it’s going much better so far, but it’s early.
Thanks! Yeah, I've been planning on spending some more time messing around with OOTP to figure some of these settings out.
The truth is that not even the new "Wiki" approach to explaining these settings works all that well. I've been hoping to cull more advice from the forums and other sources to try to explain how all of this stuff really works.
There seems to be this "it just works" attitude among some members of the OOTP community. In my experience, that's not quite right.
Yeah - one of the things I've learned about OOTP is that it's best to wait until a few weeks after release before starting a new project. There are always bugs that need to be worked out.

My biggest complaint with OOTP is the quality (or lack of same) in their patches.
The second patch create more problems and the company had to issue a third patch

Fwiw, 60^3 is 216,000, not 603. But you probably know that (g).
Yeah, you're right, haha. That's what I get for drafting late at night...
