There was no reason to include them in this case, since I'm more interested in seeing if RBI totals influenced how 7s, 8s, and 9s were distributed.
The RBIs we're missing from non-hit results are not a large enough number to bump projected RBI totals up to real life results. Additionally, I think there's pretty clear evidence that Van Beek was not thinking about replicating real life RBI totals when he handed out the out numbers, which we'll get into in a later post.
